Maintenance-free design
The optimized oxygen-cycling pathway design and the appropriately set opening and closing pressures of the safety valves ensure that the oxygen generated during battery charging can be efficiently and promptly recombined, thereby overcoming the water-loss issue typical of valve-regulated batteries and further enhancing the battery’s service life.
High power density
By employing computer-aided high-power plate structure design and complementing it with appropriate separators, the battery demonstrates a high-power discharge performance that is more than 30% improved compared to conventional batteries in short-duration backup power applications.
Strong high-current discharge capability
The optimized battery plate structure and connection design effectively reduce the battery’s internal physical resistance, enhancing its ability to withstand continuous high-current discharges.
Class V0 flame-retardant material
The entire battery series features ABS housings and covers that meet UL-V0 requirements, minimizing the impact on customers in the event of a serious risk.
Long-life design
Optimizing the alloy composition ratio of battery plates and adjusting the curing process and electrolyte parameters have effectively extended the battery’s theoretical lifespan, enabling a designed service life of up to 12 years.
Low self-discharge rate
We employ a high-purity alloy of lead, calcium, and tin, and rigorously control the production process to prevent any impurities from entering. This significantly reduces the likelihood of side reactions, ensuring that the monthly self-discharge rate does not exceed 2%.
Strong charging acceptance capability
The optimized electrode structure design, combined with a moderately enhanced specific surface area of the active material, enables the battery to support high-current charging at 0.4C, allowing it to recharge to 90% capacity within 3 hours.
Easy to install
All batteries in the medium-capacity series feature an embedded terminal design, making battery installation more convenient and enhancing system reliability.
Environmentally friendly
Ultra-high-power batteries employ a pure lead grid-casting technology. While significantly enhancing high-rate performance, this technology also reduces material usage and lowers production energy consumption, making it more environmentally friendly than conventional technologies. -
