    Hot-synchronous wireless parallel operation
    The parallel system of Eaton’s 93E series UPS is based on Eaton’s proprietary Hot-Sync patented control technology for parallel operation.

    Implementation of Hot-Sync Parallel Operation Technology
    The Eaton UPS employs Eaton’s patented digital signal processing (DSP) algorithm technology, which helps the output of parallel-connected UPS systems to become more stable.

    The parallel operation system issues instructions to each UPS, causing their respective inverters to adjust their frequencies based on the load they are carrying.
    Small adjustments are made to find a common frequency and load-balancing point, and to reduce the phase difference between UPS units to zero.

    ABM Battery Management Technology
    The battery management system of the Eaton 93E series UPS employs Eaton’s proprietary three-stage ABM battery management technology.
    Unlike traditional constant-power charging battery management technologies, Eaton’s ABM battery management technology achieves precise control over the UPS’s internal charger to charge the battery “when needed.”
    Fast charging, combined with reducing the charging current—or even completely shutting down the charger—when it’s “not needed,” enables the entire battery pack to operate in a three-stage charge-discharge cycle: charging, float charging, and sleep mode.
    During the ABM process, the “float charging” phase accounts for only 2% of the total battery pack charge-discharge management time, effectively reducing the impact of float-charging current on battery life and ensuring the battery operates under optimal conditions.
    In the intended charge and discharge environment, thereby effectively extending the battery’s service life.
    Extensive practical applications have demonstrated that, under the same operating conditions, long-term use of Eaton’s proprietary ABM battery management technology to manage batteries can extend their service life by more than 50% compared to conventional battery management technologies.
