● Operating principle of DC priority mode (inverter):
When the photovoltaic system has sufficient normal energy, the energy is supplied to the inverter via the PV controller, and any excess energy is used to charge the battery pack. The inverter then converts the incoming DC power into a pure sine-wave AC output.
When photovoltaic energy is insufficient, the solar power system and the battery pack simultaneously supply power to the inverter, or the system switches to bypass operation using grid power.
When the battery pack discharges to the switching point (default: 50V), if the utility power is normal, the system automatically switches to bypass mode. If the utility power is abnormal, the batteries continue discharging until the low-voltage protection is triggered. Once the battery voltage recovers to the set recovery voltage (default: 55.6V) and remains stable for one minute, the system automatically switches back to inverter operation.
● Operating principle of the priority mode (UPS):
After UPS mode is enabled, the machine will operate according to the battery-backup principle: When the mains power input is normal, the machine will output via the mains bypass; when the mains power is abnormal, the machine will switch to battery-inverter power supply.
● Energy-saving standby mode:
After enabling the energy-saving standby mode, the machine automatically enters standby mode (both inverter and bypass output functions are disabled). Solar power will only charge the battery. If both the AC input and solar input become abnormal, the machine will automatically cut off the standby power and shut down. When either the AC input or solar input returns to normal, the machine will automatically restart and enter standby mode. -
