Product Features
● Designed for a float charge lifespan of 15 years
● The positive grid is made of a multi-component alloy, effectively preventing grid corrosion and early capacity degradation caused by deep discharge, thereby extending the float service life and cycle life.
● Special additives are incorporated into the electrode plates to mitigate capacity loss caused by over-discharge, enabling the battery to recover its full capacity and improving its charge acceptance performance.
● The valve body is made of high-performance ABS material and features dual-filter acid mist filters, enabling precise control of the valve’s opening and closing pressure.
● The battery can be installed in cabinets or racks, or placed directly on the floor.
● The buried electrolyte uses imported gas-phase silica from Germany, which can completely fill the space between the battery plates, ensuring uniform reactions across all parts of the plates. After aging, the electrolyte ultimately turns into a gel-like state—non-flowing and free from layering.
● The separator is a microporous PVC-Si separator specifically designed for colloidal batteries by Europe’s AMER-SIL company. It features a high porosity, low impedance, and greater electrolyte storage capacity. -
