    Working principle

By using external current transformers, the circuit detects in real time the harmonic currents and reactive currents at various frequencies in the power grid, thereby obtaining the reference currents. The reference current computation circuit continuously monitors the currents flowing in the line, converts the analog current signals into digital signals, and then sends these digital signals to a high-speed digital signal processor ( DSP ) Process the signal to separate harmonics from the fundamental wave, and use pulse-width modulation ( PWM ) The signal form sends a drive pulse to the compensation current generation circuit, driving...     Advanced user experience

    Ø The device features a self-diagnosis and self-startup function. It is capable of automatically recovering from a shutdown caused by factors other than device malfunctions. Before initiating self-recovery, the device will perform an automatic diagnosis of both the external power grid and itself; only after passing the diagnostic test can it proceed with self-startup. If the device attempts self-recovery three times within 30 minutes but fails each time to start up normally, it will shut down, transmit a device failure alarm to the host computer, and illuminate its own fault indicator light.

    Ø IoT monitoring function: The device can collect data—including three-phase system voltage, current, active power, reactive power, power factor, harmonic content, and harmonic current output—at specified time intervals, and upload this data to a database via a GPRS module. The terminal web page and mobile app can display both current and historical data, provide necessary data filtering functions, and allow data export in Word or PDF format. They can also display and record current and historical faults. The remote app and terminal web page enable users to perform essential control operations and parameter settings on the device, such as start/stop commands and overcurrent threshold adjustments.
