Technical Features
Long lifespan
The positive plates are tubular plates made by die-casting a multi-component alloy, offering excellent corrosion resistance and effectively preventing the shedding of active materials. The negative plate grids feature a radial structure made of a corrosion-resistant multi-component alloy, providing superior corrosion resistance and creep resistance. The electrolyte material is fabricated from fumed silica, and the colloidal electrolyte significantly reduces corrosion of the grid plates. Gas recombination technology, plate curing processes, and formation processes ensure that the battery has a designed float-service life of 20 years.
Wider operating temperature range
The battery features an over-designed electrolyte inside, enabling it to operate reliably in environments ranging from -20℃ to 50℃. Even under high-temperature conditions and overcharging, the battery remains dependable and will not “dry out.”
Excellent resistance to deep discharge performance
The battery has strong recovery capability after deep discharge; even after being fully discharged to 100%, it can still remain connected to the load. After being left for four weeks, it can still regain its original capacity when recharged.
Excellent overcharge cycle performance
The battery features an excess electrolyte design internally. Even under prolonged undercharging conditions, the gel electrolyte will not “dry out,” and the battery will not be damaged due to undercharging, exhibiting excellent cycle life under undercharging conditions.
Placement method
2V batteries are normally installed and used in a vertical position. If horizontal installation is required, we can provide a battery orientation scheme in which the battery is laid horizontally parallel to the ground, along the direction of the electrode plates.
Better security and reliability
The gel electrolyte is formulated using fumed silica. In the finished battery, the electrolyte remains in a gel state, does not flow, and exhibits no leakage or layering. The battery features a quasi-flooded design, which makes it less prone to drying out even under high-temperature conditions or overcharging, and prevents thermal runaway from occurring.
