The details are as follows:

  1. The main power supply has failed or the rectifier input switch has been disconnected.

  The input phase voltage is not within the range of (165–250) VAC; the input frequency is not within the range of (45–55) Hz; the rectifier input switch is open; the phase sequence of the input power supply is incorrect.

  2. Low battery voltage

  Low-battery alarm upon power-on—this is a normal condition. Press the mute button to silence the alarm. If the battery switch is turned off, the rectifier will shut down due to an abnormal mains input, resulting in no charging voltage.

  3. Battery discharge

  When the battery discharges to a low voltage, the alarm sound immediately activates and automatically stops after approximately 90 seconds. When the battery discharge reaches near its critical termination voltage, the alarm sound reactivates.

  4. EPS emergency battery overload

  The load power exceeds the rated output power, triggering an emergency power supply alarm. When the emergency power supply alarm is activated, you need to reduce the load; otherwise, the emergency power supply will automatically switch into a whole-machine protection mode.

  5. Inverter output overload

  If the load exceeds 120% of the EPS emergency power supply’s rated capacity, the inverter can continue to supply power to the load for 1 minute before the entire unit is protected.

  6. Overheating or fan failure

  When the control system of the emergency power supply, the inverter power module, or the rectifier power module overheats due to ambient temperature or fan failure, the entire emergency power supply unit will be protected.

  7. Other line fault alarms

  The connection cable between the charger and the battery pack is disconnected or short-circuited; the protection mechanism in the output circuit has been activated; the connection cable between batteries is disconnected; and there is an open circuit or short circuit in the main and branch lines of the emergency output.
